Delivery

All products are digital and delivered instantly by download link and/or email upon successful payment, via our checkout platform (Whop or Gumroad). No physical shipping is involved. If access isn't received within 24 hours, contact us and we'll issue it manually right away.

Cancellation

The complete system is a single, one-time payment — there's no subscription or recurring charge to cancel. Once purchased, no further charges will ever apply.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email shield@parentscamshield.com with your order reference and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
The free checklist is provided at no cost and isn't eligible for refund, as no payment is made for it.

This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have under South African consumer protection law, which take precedence over the terms above where they conflict.
